InfoRad® Watch-IT Serial ™ (Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista)

Watch-IT Serial ™ is a Serial Interface Monitor that allows automated dispatch of wireless messages to wireless devices (pagers, PCS phones, PDAs) from any computer system platform by monitoring a serial port information stream. Watch-IT Serial scans the serial information, filters the data through a user-friendly configuration screen, and initiates appropriate wireless messages to individuals and groups. Once the messages have been processed and transferred to the Wireless Service Provider, Watch-IT Serial optionally creates logging and post processing files. Watch-IT Serial has been used to enable wireless messaging from alarm panels, control panels, public utilities (SCADA systems), and systems with data-log reporting to a serial port or printer.

InfoRad Wireless Watch-IT Serial supports Internet messaging to Wireless Service Providers via WCTP, SNPP, and SMTP (e-mail) protocols through your Internet connection (dial-up, network, or broad-band). NEW Secure Messaging: SSL (https) Encrypted connection to Messaging Service WCTP Server/Gateway (where supported). Of course, InfoRad Wireless Watch-IT Serial still supports standard dial-up access, leased-line, and direct serial connections to Wireless Service Providers as well as on-site paging systems. Watch-IT Serial also includes the NEW Spell Checker (check and correct messages before sending) and the NEW Advanced Scheduler - (schedule recurring daily, weekly, monthly messages/reminders), NEW Route on Failure - automatic rollover to secondary receiver address on primary error, and NEW Message Templates (pre-programmed 'fill in the blank' type messages).
